> My advice to anyone considering getting a home, condo or townhome build by Cardel Home is to stay away. After we bought our townhome, the builder was still on site completing another townhome build. After they complete everything, we ended up with lots of issues including irrigation, sewage system, and many other issues. When the management board and management company tried to contact Cardel, They refuse to fix these issues and decline any other options to make them accountable for fixing them. This cost every townhome owner a lot of money to fix every year and still the expenses continue.

**Q: Were did you get lightning sign on Wall done?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Love the lightning sign on wall which seems to have LED backlight in it.

Is it made of plexiglass? We're can I get one done?

A: We had the logo cut from 1/4" aluminum sheet by a local sign company. you can purchase colored LED strips from Amazon. Our cost was around $400

What did you use to hold the plexiglass up? How did you do it?

A: The 1/2 Acrylic panels slide into a slot at the top of the wall. the wall is just stick framed with 3/4" plywood strips. The plywood stays nice and straight, 2x4's usually warp.

Are the b balls wallpaper?

A: They are actual used baseballs screwed to MDF panels painted the wall color.

Where can I find the hockey boards? We've been trying to create a hockey room for my son and this is exactly the look we've wanted!

A: Most plastic suppliers carry Puck Board. Very easy to cut with woodworking tools.

The floor in this home is a 6" wide Oak plank with a Natural Finish. The flooring is engineered.
