> We worked with Nancy from Modern Kitchen and are super happy with the way our project turned out! We were changing the footprint of our kitchen and expanding it into a back hallway and bedroom. We walked her through our ideas, she did some measuring and in 10 days she had drawings ready for our review. She did a great job of understanding our vision and needs. We had very few adjustments to her drawings. Her cabinet recommendations were right on. We greatly appreciated her coordination with Studio 427 (she works there too), Stephanie from HOM, Laurie and Jeff from Solid Fabrications, Mike from Custom Metal Works, Dave of Dave's Hard Wood Floors and our contractor Brett from Blue Line Construction. This is our second project with Modern Kitchen. Steve designed an awesome bar for our basement of a previous home. The quality of their work brought us back for our kitchen project!

> We hired Breezy to help out with the design of our kitchen, bathroom and various cabinetry around the house. This was our first time building a house so we definitely needed the help! Her expertise was so welcoming and we couldn't be happier with how the look of our house turned out.

This was my first house build so I had many questions and little knowledge about what it takes to design a complete interior for a 2600 sq ft house (excluding the lower level).  Breezy asked me many questions about my style and provided suggestions as well as narrowed the scope of my options. She was up front and honest with me if she felt I was going in the wrong direction with my decision, but never made the ultimate decision for me. She helped me plan not only my cabinetry for the kitchen and bathrooms, but the floor, granite, stone, and paint color. How deep and wide is the dish drawer and how tall is the double doors below.  Thanks in advance.

A: This is a standard 9" drawer opening

**Q: Karran  Quartz sink reviews** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Has anyone installed the Karran Quartz kitchen sink? I'm learning that Karran is the only undermount company that cab be used with laminate. I am not opposed to using a drop in Blanco but I know drop in sinks aren't the in thing for kitchens.  Karran just doesn't seem to look as nice or be as big and doesn't seem to have the quality...? can anyone  give advice about this? I'm not into paying the expense of solid surface. Thanks!!

A: You can undermount Blanco silgranite sink as well as some Karran quartz sinks under laminate. We have been doing it for years. Key is a clean precise edge on the sink so the epoxy can adhere and the laminate has a deliberate stop point.

A: In would say 5' wide .. The vanity is across from custom tile shower & dry sauna.
