> Benning Design Construction took a 1970 mid-century modern and transformed it into a 2020 mid-century modern.  Erin's thoughtful design approach turned old, out-dated to fresh, new and modern.  Her design fits the house, our lifestyle and our eclectic furniture and rugs, making it all feel like us but up-to-date.  When it came time to do the construction, we felt like Eric gave us their 'A-Team' .  Luke and his team were diligent, thorough and careful.  They worked solidly on our job, except for short periods when third party delays (ie. heating/air, shower glass) caused them to wait.  The entire design/build process took less than a year for a full remodel.   Thank you team!
