Both beautiful and functional and every detail is perfect. I would save pictures on Houzz in an idea folder which Bob could access and the next day they would be incorporated into our design. He was very hands on. We saw him every day. The people he brought in were equally professional and competent. With only a few minor snags and some unforeseen issues left behind by the subdivision builder (that were dealt with immediately) our project was completed on the date Bob said it would be done and with no overages or unexpected costs! In my experience this is unheard of in construction. I wanted to remove the bath-tub, enlarge the shower to include a seat, and add a closet in the smaller area where the tub had been. After timely estimating the work, I decided to go with his company. The estimate included a day to day timeline of the work that would be done. Bob and his group of professionals were on site exactly when scheduled and the job was finished on time with no additional costs. Everyone who came into the house removed their shoes, and cleaned up every day. The work was excellent, my wife and I couldn't be more pleased. Royston Design & contracting was not the cheapest estimate that I got, but I feel the right decision was made, and couldn't have found anyone better. Can't say enough good about our experience.
