> We reached out to Kristen on Houzz to help us with our new home that we were moving into in Temecula and she was quick to respond to our request. We were looking to make some small updates ahead of our move in and were on a pretty tight timeline. She helped us find someone who could refinish our first level floors, repaint our cabinets, add a tile backsplash and customize all of our closets. She gave us multiple options for our needs to be met ahead of move in and worked closely with all the contractors. She was onsite and worked with one of our mothers as we were still in the process of moving. Her communication was quick and clear, and we trusted her to keep the ball rolling even when we were not around. After a small conversation with us she quickly learned about our style/needs and designed a room we were very happy with! We have plans to use her again to finish out the room connected to our kitchen/eat in dining area that she already designed and eventually more rooms in our new space. Bonus points to Kristen too on helping us find a reputable HVAC company too. We had issues with one of our units and while outside the scope of her work for us, she jumped in on helping us find someone who was honest and helped us quickly.
