Unfortunately, we had a house fire in 2017 and had to start all over again. It was devasting, but there was absolutely no question in our minds, they were our choice for this massive project! When Lillian came out to see it, she was visibly moved and vowed to help us design and rebuild our home...and boy did she deliver! Our beautiful kitchen was replicated, plus 5 gorgeous new bathrooms and a killer laundry room complete with a dog shower! This included the design, construction and installation. We were thrilled with the final results. Lillian has great attention to detail and outside-the-box ideas. The construction crew, Breen Construction Services, as well as the electricians, painters, etc., were exceptional. Egor and Vlad installed the cabinets with great precision and care. The final fit and finish was outstanding. We gave it four stars because the project took far more time than initially projected. When you decided to remove it we had to produce the architectural drawings and wait for the permit which was out of our hands. We did not start any work on site until we got your permit in place. The actual Constructional work on site started October 15th and demolition and preparation for kitchen measure took 5 weeks which for the extensive scope of work was very fast. We took the final measurements for cabinets on November 22nd 2024 and deliver the cabinets on February 7th 2025 which is 55 working days. > > In the Contract t for the cabinetry it was stated that the cabinet production will take minimum 56 -70 working days which you read and agreed upon. Based on this we delivered and installed the cabinets within agreed time frame. Needless to say that during this production period there was a Christmas break of two weeks when we could not do any work and that we also accommodated many additional changes that you requested. Our Contract states that any added items after the Contract is signed will increase the production time.. Given all this the project starting on Oct 15th and cabinets installation by February 7th is just over 4 months which is very close to what we promised.. > I hope this explanation clarifies the timing issue for any other potential clients to know that we always complete the project in the shortest period of time possible and that we are contractually always fulfill our obligations. After we narrowed-down our selection, Lillian produced beautiful renderings to help us visualize the design, which we found extremely helpful. When we decided to expand our renovation to include updating our staircases, powder room, main floor laundry room, living room, dining room, and the main floor hallways, Lillian made suggestions and collaborated with us to create more functional living spaces. She recommended competitively-priced retailers and wholesalers, and even accompanied me to their showrooms.
