The master bath was completely gutted and instead of simply updating the fixtures that were there, we were presented with designs that maximized the everyday use of the space. It is a bright, spacious and beautiful space with more room to move and storage that we imagined. The whole idea of remodeling and the many choices available to us was overwhelming, but Craig put us at ease the moment we met him. Initially, we were going to just refinish our cabinets and replace counters, tile, etc. That was actually his initial suggestion and he was sensitive to budget limitations, even though we hadn’t given him a budget to start with. As we thought about the project, however, we decided on our own that we wanted to do a more comprehensive remodel and eventually took the whole kitchen down to the studs. Once we made that decision, Craig offered us new design ideas and ways of thinking about the space. He struck the right balance of listening to our ideas and concerns, offering us choices, and also narrowing the myriad of choices out there to ones that would be good options for our vision. Throughout the process, Craig was extremely responsive and easy to work with. He was patient during the inevitable stress of having one’s kitchen torn up for weeks and the many small decisions we had to make along the way, and he quickly took care of fixing any small details that weren’t right. He even referred us to a great contractor who delivered our kitchen on time and on budget. Are there brackets underneath? It's so beautiful from above .... A: Hi there...(this is the designer working with the above client) - and the contractor seems to have done a crappy job installing - with horrible black, VERY VISIBLE brackets under - so the way he did it is completely wrong?
