> Hopedale Builders was so wonderful to work with!  The back office was always very responsive and on top of communications and contracts, and our project manager couldn't have been friendlier.  He was always jumping through hoops to accomodate our questions, requests and meeting times.  Additionally, their estimated completion time was dead on for the original scope of work.  From start to finish, the project took 2 weeks longer than anticipated, all of which were a direct and well communicated result of change orders we made and approved.  We have recommended them several times since we started the project and will continue to do so now that we are finished.

> Hopedale Builders has now completed two separate home renovations for us, and we're likely to hire them again for a third. First was a "facelift" for the front exterior of our house around 2015. The second job was a recent total redo of two bathrooms. All results were beautiful! Office staff and on-site project managers are highly-skilled, hardworking, responsive, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. Even our neighbors noticed what thoughtful care on-site staff took to clean up nightly, to make the required porta john as discreet as possible, to protect the interior of our home by building temporary stairs out front and using floor protectors, and to consistently send polite, friendly, experienced subcontractors. Our project manager Kris kept the project moving along at an amazing pace to finish BEFORE the estimated completion date! He provided status updates daily and had enough home-building experience himself to complete all of the carpentry work himself. He did a better job installing our new bathroom cabinets than a cabinet company did years before in our kitchen. All concerns we brought up were addressed. Any unexpected changes that arose along the way were made right, and we were always treated fairly. We can't say enough good about Hopedale Builders, and we highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
