Then also read about satisfied customer in local magazine. We have met with him twice and talked to him several times. We have found him to be very knowledgeable about building products. He has drawn us a plan and revised it a few times when we changed our minds about what we want. This week he has given us a quote that we are happy with and we expect to sign contract to begin work in April on new master suite with basement. We had gotten quotes from a couple of different construction companies and we ultimately decided to go with Benchmark because of his competitive quote. Dennis was very responsive and was committed to making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. On those occasions when things didn't go according to plan, Dennis always made it right. We were very pleased with the work done on the main level (complete kitchen remodel/expansion, bath, hardwood floor installation, replacement of doors, sliding glass doors, 2 sets of stairs, incorporation of main level laundry center) and basement (re-configuring the bonus room to add a separate entrance to the laundry and to add a closet to the bonus room so it would count as a 5th bedroom rather than just a bonus room). We came in on budget and decided to move forward with expanding our master bath. We took down a wall that previously divided the bathroom and a closet to create a more spacious and elegant ensuite master bath. > The home I (Lori) have lived in for 13 years feels like a new house, and my husband (John) and I are thoroughly enjoying it. This renovation achieved our goals and exceeded our expectations. Can you tell me the type and brand name please? Thank you! A: We purchased through our hardwood floor installer, he purchased from his distributor in Huntsville, AL. It is natural white oak, lightly sanded to keep it's character then stained with a natural stain the sealed with a satin top coat. **Q: Picking a paint color myself:** *(in Photo Questions)* Can you tell me what color paint is used in this project?
