We have been in the house for 4 months now and couldn't be happier with the results - we LOVE our new house! The building process is a lengthy and very involved but working the Michael Ciampi made it easier. He was responsive and very informative. Kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and was quick to respond if we had any questions or concerns. Any issues or changes that arose during the building process were discussed and resolved with relative ease. Michael is always calm, respectful and genuine and really makes you feel like making you happy is his first priority. I have friends who have spent triple on homes, yet when they walk into my home they are shocked at the craftsmanship and every little detail that their more expensive homes are lacking.
