The people in the store are quite helpful, but the management and owners care only about profit. I paid extra for a subfloor to be installed, as the installer recommended. Nothing else was recommended. But after the new subfloor and wood floor installation, there is a a rather large area that is bowed. Mr. Benson called me after one of his installers looked at it and determined it was not installed correctly, and he said that he would NOT correct the problem because it would cost him $7000. > Granite countertops were measured incorrectly and had to be redone. Now the pattern does not flow. Backsplash had to be done twice. I regret going with Benson Stone. Lord help you if something goes wrong. We recieved a damaged bed that they said they would replace, and then we spent over 3 months emailing and calling every week for updates and were given excuse after excuse. Their "customer service specialist," a laughable title after what we have gone through, never reached out to us throughout this process without us initiating the conversation. I finally gave up trying because it wasn't worth my time and the stress anymore. There were multiple lines of cabinets to choose from and and endless varieties of tiles, granite and lighting. Erin worked with us to ensure we got a kitchen we loved. I had to talk to Jessica Schultz several times during the planning and also during the installation. She sent detailed instructions which when followed was great. The local fireplace people didn't follow those instructions but finally the 'tile" man did and everything went together beautifully. We replaced the old traditional fireplace/mantle with a freestanding SeeThru fireplace. Does it have a walk in shower, tub or both? A: I do not have the dimensions of the bathroom. It is fairly large, but I am sure that the wide angle lens and the mirrors make it look even larger.
