> In 2011 we found a contractor to remodel our kitchen/family room after an exhausting search...Guy Biggs.  He wasn't the cheapest but he was definitely the right choice.  He gutted both rooms, installed new flooring, custom cabinets with granite counter tops, new kitchen lighting plus under-cabinet lighting & accent lighting, and rewired outlets.  He recommended one of his crew to rebuild a fireplace mantle.

> Guy has provided several other projects even after we challenged his estimates. Again, he wasn't always the cheapest.  He remodeled our master bath by removing the tub, upgrading plumbing, & making a large shower with camouflaged drain.  Another project was to replace the tub, install new plumbing, tiling and flooring in our Guest Bath.  Aside from other small projects, Guy also continued the flooring from the kitchen, down the halls, and our dining room and den.

> All work was supervised or completed by Guy's son, Mark.  The crews were always punctual, clean, and as quiet as possible.  They were also too polite.

> Major remodel job done with great quality.   The house was built in 1977 and needed serious upgrading.

> We added a garage and a bedroom.  Removed an old acoustic ceiling and structure, changing it to a vaulted ceiling which resulted in major structural changes.  We merged two bathrooms and completely remodeled the family room, living room, one bathroom and kitchen.  Added a walk in closet in the new bedroom and a bathroom suite with a walk in shower.  About 1,100 Sq. Ft. of concrete work was done.  Most of the house was rewired and re-plumbed.

> Guy is a very honest person.  He has a foreman (Marius) that is on the job nearly every day.  Marius is a perfectionist that manages the day-to-day issues as well as performing the actual work.  He can solve very complicated dimensional and structural problems.  They always showed up on time to start the job.

> Guy is also a hands-on contractor.  You'll likely see him on the job swinging a hammer or working on other jobs.  Guy's son, Mark did the tile work.  He's very good at the skill.  We had an unusual request to have near-seamless tile in the new shower.  It used state of the art material and the end result was beautiful and functional (a walk in shower with no door using a baffle instead).

> The job took about 5 months or so to complete through winter weather (finished in April of 2016).  I've had friends that work in construction take a look at the job both during the build and after it was completed.  Their comments were that the quality and the finish work is  quite impressive.  I'll also note that Guy's folks can be trusted.  After getting to know them, I felt I could leave my house and its belongings in their care without any concerns.  We joked that we saw more of them than our families when the job was being done.  Oddly enough, we miss seeing the crew now that the job is done.
