The valley’s contractors (at the time) were skeptical and inexperienced with the type of construction and materials our project required. Not only did the project introduce non-traditional materials for residential construction, our project was also a major renovation of an existing structure using the exterior block walls, an infrastructure overhaul, and major site work. From the outset, Tyler worked closely with our engineer & design team to educate himself on the material specs and constructions methods. Once construction began, he and his subcontractors were attentive to making sure the house was built to perform as designed. Regular communications kept the project strictly within budget while monitoring schedule. And, when issues arose, Tyler practiced transparency and perseverance when working with the team to identify potential solutions. It’s been one year, and our house has the aesthetic appeal we sought while performing brilliantly. The house is water efficient; it uses 1/3 the electricity (no gas) of a comparable sized house; the indoor air quality is top-notch.
