He makes assurance to be available for follow-up if needed however there's no fine print. After 2.5 years, he still has not responded to my phone messages, emails, or text messages. An entire nightmare for our "dream home. Even now, there are still issues that other architects or engineers will not take on but refer me back to the original architect (Dan O’Connell) who still has yet to respond as of April 2017. **Comment from Daniel OConnell Architect:** > Jamey, you were told at the beginning that I am not licensed in Florida and you would need to get a Florida Licensed professional to stamp your plans. This is a copy from your email dated Aug 2014. > --==-- We submitted our plans to our architect to be sealed and found a few issues that include foundation and roof truss configurations. Our architect advised that he would provide us with specific corrections that he will need befor our plans can be sealed. If necessary, we may have him contact you directly if becomes too confusing. We look forward in continuing working with you as this has been a great experience for us. --==-- > It appears you had someone stamp drawings done by us? It is not legal to stamp plans that others have drawn, especially without their permission.
