I had a lot of ideas about what I wanted and I felt that everyone on my project really listened to what I had to say. When I saw the new plans for the first time I knew I had been heard loud and clear; my ideas and requests were all incorporated into the design. From picking the materials, to demolition, to rebuild, this was a collaborative project. I had a lead carpenter assigned to my project and in addition to weekly update meetings, he was available anytime I had a question. I always knew what was happening each day, what time it would happen, and was informed quickly if the timeline changed. I had complete trust in the people who were working on my home and couldn't have been happier or more impressed with the sub-contractors whom Dale's employed for my project. Everyone went out of their way to provide excellent craftsmanship and service. By the end of the 3 month project, they all felt more like family than hired contractors! It's gorgeous. A: Hi there, and thank you. This job was done a few years back, but I think this was an American Olean product, subway tile, brick offset. Hope this helps! **Q: Inset** *(in Photo Questions)* Was the inset a custom build or a kit you can buy? If so, who makes it. A: Hello, yes this was custom built by a local cabinet maker we use. Beautiful! A: Thank you, yes it really brought class to the space. I'm unsure of the exact color, I would need to check this particular project file to be certain, which I can do when back in the office on Tuesday, after the holiday. If I remember correctly, this was something provided by our client, we simply installed it. I believe it was actually a piece from their original home which was re-purposed during the kitchen remodel. However, there are several places that sell them online. By simply doing a google search for "fireback" you will find dozens of online stores with a good selection. Then you can of course modify your search to exactly what you are looking for. We would just recommend that you read online reviews of the stores you are shopping before purchasing from a new company you are unfamiliar with. Good luck! **Q: Range** *(in Photo Questions)* How do you like the range? Are you happy with the choice vs. a Viking or wolf? A: Hi! Thanks for the question, but we're not the best to answer this question because this particular client chose their appliances and range, and they are the ones using & living with it everyday, not us. Though we have permission to showcase the project we completed for them, they have chosen to remain anonymous... so unfortunately I cannot direct your question to them. I can however tell you that when following up 1/2 months after completing the project , they were very happy with their choices in appliances and this range in particular. It seemed to be the highlight of their space in fact.
