When I bought my condo, in 2015, it was prior to the painting being done. While I loved my place, the exterior looked pretty bad, but I was told by the property managers that it would be painted, including the railings and decks. It came out so nice. The painters, in particular JB, explained what would be done, the timeline and after my deck was painted, he put everything back the way it way. It looks great! Prior to the painting I didn't want friends coming over. Now it I'm proud the way it looks.
