They are beautiful lights and we loved them. Note: past tense. We placed them over our island in the kitchen. About 6 months after they were installed the middle one went out. It took us WEEKS to track down a replacement light, which was $85. We ordered it but it never came. Magically, one day the light came back on... for about six more months. It went out again. This time we waited a month. The middle light did not come back on. So on April 27, 2021, at the end of the pandemic, I called Vibia. They would NOT deal with me and told me to call Lumens/YLighting from where I had purchased. I called Lumens customer service. THEY had to call Vibia to get replacement parts. Over the next two weeks I had to fill out a form to tell them what was wrong even though I was under a 5 year warranty. They said they would call me back. I called eight more times over the next two weeks because they NEVER called back. Bottom line: Vibia decided that I was only going to get a 1 year warranty and it had expired. They made me pay for replacement parts that are NON REFUNDABLE. I'm not the bad guy here. But I had to call the supervisor to get help paying for new parts. No one ever explained why it still wasn't covered under the warranty. These lights are over $1000 / ea.
