We looked at many homes and communicated with several builders online. We also made a trip to Wasilla to meet with our realtor and look at properties. She introduced us to Becky and Brian Monaghan. After looking at several possible floor plans that they could build, we found one that we really liked. Becky even invited us to their personal home so that we could see the style and quality of their construction and finishes. They also took us to one of their houses under construction to see their methods and materials. After meeting with the Monaghans and seeing their product we were excited to have them build our new home. They were both a joy to work with. They made sure that our questions were answered and assisted us greatly in the selection of materials and finishes. We were fortunate to be near by during the construction phase and were able to observe the house on an almost daily basis. We were impressed with the quality of work by Brian and his crew as well as his subcontractors. The work was professional as well as prompt. Our home was finished ahead of schedule for the price quoted. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Monaghan Construction to anyone considering home construction in the Wasilla area.
