> I used Battiston for what started as a kitchen condo renovation a couple of years ago. In the end, we renovated the whole unit, and that is testimony to their wonderful work and the highest praise I could give. What distinguishes Luciano is his capacity for great ideas and his enthusiasm to see them to fruition. Working in close collaboration with Thomas Tampold, Luciano enhances beautiful design on paper with functional and practical solutions that work. His execution is second to none. All the trades were spot on professional, and Luciano, the maestro, a complete delight. I highly recommend Battiston's work.

> Without hesitation, I highly recommend Battiston Construction.  My husband and I hired Battiston Construction as our contractor for an extensive renovation we did on our home, beginning in 2005.  We renovated our kitchen, bathrooms, family room, basement, installed new windows, new interior doors, and refinished our existing hardwood flooring.  Several years later we hired Battiston Construction again to do exterior work on our home, landscaping and install new interlocking brick patios and walkways in our front and back yards.  From the first day that we met him, Luciano Battiston dealt with us in a personable, respectful and professional manner. We appreciated the fact that he is a civil engineer by profession and understands the many facets of construction. We always felt that our work was in excellent and very experienced hands. The tradespeople he has working for him were always a pleasure to work with and have in our home. They were professional, hardworking and always respectful to our family.  Luciano Battiston monitored all work being done and ensured that sub-contractors supplied their goods and services in a timely fashion. The sub-contractors he hired were all of a high standard and did excellent work.   All of our work was done as scheduled. The only delays occurred when we added new items to the renovation that required additional planning and preparation. Budgets were honoured; there were never unpleasant surprises.  Luciano Battiston is an honourable man who sets a very high bar for himself and for those who work with him.  We would give Battiston Construction the highest recommendation possible.

> We engaged Battiston Construction to extensively renovate our entire 2000 square foot condo and are very pleased with the result. Where changes had to be made along the way, the rationale was explained to us. And when we wanted to make changes, these were accommodated when possible. Most of the workers were professional and kept things relatively tidy as they worked (we were not living in the condo except toward the end of the renovation). Luciano Battiston is very knowledgable and made helpful suggestions and creatively solved problems as they arose. His standards are high and he wants the result to be first rate, which it is. In addition, the job was completed as per the quote. However, the timeline ran a bit longer than expected and by the time the finishing touches were required his crew had moved on to another job and it became frustrating getting the final things completed. That said, as minor things have arisen since completion of the job, Luciano has been quick to come by or to send one of his crew to address them and we have very much appreciated the continuing attention he has given us. Renovations are often stressful and full of frustrations (and we had our share), but our experience with Battiston was mostly very positive. We would certainly use Battiston again and highly recommend this company.
