The project involved gutting most of the house, installing an upgraded modern kitchen and three luxurious new bathrooms, as well as the complete replacement of all infrastructure, including water and sewer lines and the heating system. > The original heater ducts (embedded in the concrete slab) had to be rerouted to the ceilings -- a difficult task in a flat-roofed house with no attic and no crawl space. Bart Millar devised elegant solutions to all of these challenging problems, completing the job on schedule and within our budget. His careful attention to visual details and fine craftsmanship gave us the clean, modern look we wanted.
