James and Joseph performed the job as described in our quote. We had them wash our very mossy roof and power wash our house's siding. Everything looks great! Some of the plants in our garden were a bit damaged from the bleach-based wash solution, but that was nearly unavoidable. They rinsed the plants with water as they said they would. We plan to use Clearview again next time we need a roof or house wash. **★★★★★ — Raisa Saltanovich, April 2019** > This is my second time / second year using Clearview Washing, and this is my second review. > The service provided again was very good. > Fred (the owner) and Christine ( costumer service) are doing every thing to make sure that the costumer is satisfied and happy. > It is a pleasure to deal with this company ! > They really care about you as a client. **★★★★★ — Phyllis Brock, Aug. 2018** > I Had a really bad experience with Thompson touch, about 3 years ago, I mean really bad!!! to the point I didn't want to go thru this again!! So I finally decided to get my windows washed, Called clearview washing, they were incredible!!!. They did a great job and made sure all screens were in place correctly. They were also great with my pets. And made sure they didn't get out!! I will only ever use clearview washing for all my future window cleaning and pressure washing projects!! The office staff was also amazing!! Polite, followed up and confirmed!! Very professional loved them all! Thank you!! **Comment from Clearview Washing, LLC:** > Thank you so much! We are so happy you had a great experience with us and we hope to work with you in the future! **★★★★★ — Bonnie Spangenberg, July 2018** > The service was exceptional and the gentleman who performed the powerwashing was courteous and his work ethic is impeccable! My house sparkles now! Thank you for a job well done!!! **★★★★★ — Raisa Saltanovich, June 2018** > The price was excellent. The quality was insane. I would give 10 stars, if I would have that option. 2 technicians who came to my home worked for 11 hours non stop. They were very thorough. People like them make your company to succeed. I highly recommend this company!!!! **★★★★★ — Lilly, May 2018** > Excellent workers - very professional & courteous. We had our roof gently cleaned. They cleaned up anything & everything that came down from the roof - did not leave anything messy! I will definitely recommend them to my friends, clients, neighbors! **★ — barbara1762, Nov. 2017** > This would have been the 2nd year I used their service. The first year I paid $189. This year 2017 I was quoted $199. I booked a month in advance scheduled to come a week before Thanksgiving. I get a call 20 minutes before appointment advising price for cleaning was not $199 but $495 would I meet them half way on price ? Reasons person I have always dealt with misquoted and insurance. They should have honored quote and advised me for next year customers can't be responsible > In their communication: > > We sincerely apologize for the experience you’ve had with Clearview Washing. Unfortunately our support staff was unauthorized to honor last years pricing for our new and improved professional chandelier cleaning service. > > This year’s pricing should have been $499, and of course due to the miscommunication we would have brought this down to $349. Our liability has significantly increased this year due to the high volume of high end chandeliers we are now servicing, such as yours. We also understand the importance of protecting the floors below the chandelier which we have a process in place for as well. We have a white glove professionally trained chandelier team who would ensure that you have the most pleasant experience with your service. > > We will use this opportunity as a learning experience for our team to ensure this type of last minute communication does not happen in the future. > > We do apologize and we hope to be of service to you again in the future. **Comment from Clearview Washing, LLC:** > Again, we truly apologize for the experience you had with Clearview Washing. We have revamped our chandelier cleaning service and we are now the leaders in chandelier cleaning in New Jersey. We have used this incident as a learning experience for our support staff to ensure this does not happen again in the future. We thank you for your feedback and hope to be of service again to you. **★★★★★ — mickieb3318, May 2015** > This is the second time I have used them and they did not disappoint! Professional, clean, courteous and a job well done. I will use them going forward and have recommended them to many of my friends. ## Selected projects - [Residential Exterior Cleaning Services](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/residential-exterior-cleaning-services-pj-vj~633994) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 9 - [Window Cleaning](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/window-cleaning-pj-vj~2030857) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 2 - [Commercial Warehouse Exterior Cleaning](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/commercial-warehouse-exterior-cleaning-pj-vj~633967) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 2 [See all 3 projects](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/window-cleaners/clearview-washing-llc-pfvwus-pf~403414139) --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
