My foundation work came with a 20 year warranty. I completed all work around my foundation, that was requested by Frank. They came back in 2020, I paid them a separate invoice, to complete a readjustment for me. There had been no known discrepancies between myself and the company. > > My plan has always been to only have this company do any foundation work needed, so I keep all understandings of my foundation between the company and myself. > > I have been reaching out to them since the first week of May 2022. I left messages requesting a date to have my foundation reassessed, for any needed adjustments. I requested a quote and date/time for the work. I have reached out to the company by calling their listed cell and office numbers. I have also emailed them my request. She is Franks’s business partner. As far as I’m aware she’s the owner of the Revamp design company. She told me Frank was busy, but she would work to get my appointment set up right away and let me know when it was scheduled. This conversation took place, at 4pm, on 6/2/22. I called her the next day, to the same number, left a message requesting a call back, and as of 6/24/22 I have not had a single response from anyone. > > A couple weeks ago, my voicemail converted to indicating I had a concern associated to no one responding to me. I also let them know I was wondering if I needed to reach out to someone else for my foundation needs, and I needed to know how this would impact any warranty I have through them. > > I left a message today, 6/24/22, indicating that I am now unsure if I need to be reaching out to the city inspector to understand how I need to proceed with all foundation work, considering any assumed warranty and voids. > > I feel that at the very least, someone should call me back and notify me of anything that they can or can not do, Including notifying me if they are going out of business. **★ — Alamo Wealth, April 2019** > Funny the only other review is Kimberly from ReVamp who is part of Franks company > > Franks Leveling was hired to complete what's known as a "dirty job" foundation leveling and repair. since day 1 the contractor unnecessarily complained about job site not being "to their standards" a trailer was in the driveway, 5 feet of clearence between trailer and house where the job is to be completed, trailer was moved and they began to work, I then had issues with Frank or other getting in the face of another demo contractor telling him "Frank is the only one allowed to be here and to get your ass out of here" the issue was resolved however Frank claims neighbor saw the whole thing but that is untrue. After agreeing to meet the contractor on saturday Apr 6th at 11am 1 on contractors crew were blasting loud music and appeared to be inhebriated on jobsite, Frank never showed up. They then suggested a change order without proper contract due to "unexpected floor joists needed replaced" but house and contractor was fully opend for contractor to due proper inspection of all work before commiting to completing the job; Frank then unnessesarily caused damage to the concrete porch in the amount of 1200$ in damages, and claim their contract is "Rock Solid" then it Rained 1 day so contractor should have vacuumed out all holes the next day.. they did not, instead they took an entire week off to do another project leaving another contractor to start demo work, contractor noticed house was still unlevel and Frank claims its because of rain and they will do me a "kindness" and relevel the house, but that is there job before pouring concrete. Frank did not properly communicate with home owner and dropped a 10 x 4 ft pile of dirt in the front part of the driveway blocking Dumpster from being able to be placed, so demo crew put all debris in back yard. None of the debris is under the house or on sided or front of the house where Frank is to be working. Frank refuses to move the dirt pile so dumpster can be placed and demo crew can finish demo and haul off within 24 hours, Frank and Kimberly then Threaten to charge me for their visit and waste of time. I am currently persuing refund and Damages to be paid back in the amount of 2200$ for damage to concrete porch structure, and debris created by Frank and not hauled off, also the $4951.49 initially paid **★★★★★ — ReVamp Design Build, Sept. 2014** > Frank's House Leveling provided all appropriate permits, engineering letters from a qualified structural engineer, as well as repairs to the existing pier & beam foundation. The scope of work included raising the house, and installing 60 all-new concrete piers and 4 new beams. > This is the second time I have worked with Frank Lozano, the owner of Frank's House Leveling. He is prompt, professional, clean, courteous, and honest, and he is very easy to get in touch with. > This most recent job was completed exactly on-time and as scheduled. This home is located in a very well-respected historic district, and Frank and his crew were careful to keep the job site clean daily. Frank even helped out with a small plumbing leak that he had discovered while lifting the house, and notified me of any issues and/or changes as they arose. > I can't thank Frank enough for making an otherwise stressful project such a relief.
