I am considering it for our new home. I have pre finished now that are relatively care free after 15 years only surface scratches in the finish from our two labs. How do the oiled finishes compare .Can they be used in kitchens? They are so beautiful but all I can think of is my mother on her hands and knees waxing our old hardwood when I was a kid. Back in the 60s!

**Q: Has Anyone Used Royal Oak Engineered Wood Flooring?\`** *(in Home Decorating)*

We are getting ready to build and found some very authentic engineered wood 7 1/2 wide flooring we like. I was curious if anyone has this brand? I believe the maker is D&M. We are looking into the Cabana Brown. It is an oak. Lovely in person. Just curious how it wears. 
Here is a photo.

A: DuChateau, Hallmark, Palladio, Castilian, and Johnson are all made in China. And they are all good!
