> Very poor communication and follow thru.  Lots of mistakes doing our landscaping including forgetting items on the plan, poor quality on BBQ and fire pit tiling.  Substituted inferior quality and smaller plants to what was listed on our plan.  Forgot to put water drip system on some plants.   Fences installed were of different heights and metal gates were bowed  to fit.  Many homeowners at Trilogy at Vistancia have used this landscaper on their new construction and almost all of us regret using them.   Also higher priced than other landscapers, unfortunately they are the only approve landscaper that is approved to go in while home construction is taking place from Shea Homes,  I wish I would have done landscaping after home was complete.
