I used them many time in past and the project always finish before time and better then expected. They Just redesigned 2 Bathrooms and look amazing. Highly Reconmanded !!!! **★★★★★ — brianbenedict, Sept. 2015** > We worked with Alex and Ania on a new construction, 1,200 square foot pool cabana/guest house and a complete home renovation on the same property. They handled the project from design phase through construction documents to our complete satisfaction. They listened to what my wife and I wanted with regards to style and layout and produced excellent sets of plans that passed through the building department without any issues. We found them to be intelligent, thoughtful, creative professionals that we wouldn't hesitate to refer. **Comment from Ania Banachowicz:** > Thank you for your review and for construction progress photos of pool cabana/guest house. **★★★★★ — salvatorino, Feb. 2015** > I own an oceanfront apartment building in Miami Beach. I live in one of the apartments myself. AB2 Designers helped me greatly with the design of my apartment and they also participated in drafting plans for my apartment building renovation project. Alex and Ania possess excellent design skills together with a great ability to quickly find a solution to a design problem. In addition their pleasant character makes it a pleasure to work with. They are always on time and very responsible. They take their work very seriously. Actually, by working with them I felt that for them it is not just a job but that they take great pride and pleasure in what they do. I recommend them with no hesitation! **★★★★★ — mikeymadison, Feb. 2015** > I am a Real Estate Broker and hired AB2 to do a rendering for a listing I had. The property was a total tear down and the only way I knew I could sell the property was if I was able to show prospective Buyers the way the property could look once it was renovated. I hired AB2 to design to do the rendering. The rendering was used in all my advertising and the property sold within 30 days! **★★★★★ — lznscoot, Feb. 2015** > Alex and his team drew up the plans for the complete redesign and renovation of our condo in North Miami Beach. He was very helpful and responsive to issues we had with "the association" and the Building Department. Revisions were done promptly with Alex going over and above to minimize the delay of our project. With his input, our 1960's condo looks like a South Beach luxury residence. I would highly recommend his services. **★★★★★ — Maria Cabrera, Jan. 2015** > We hired them to design a new house we want to build and since the beginning they understood the concept and not only they came up with a design , they also came up with different options of the design. We found their suggestions very helpful. They also worked very fast and we were very pleased . We were so pleased with their work that now we have hired them to do the construction floor plans for us so we can submit to the city and we can start building our dream house. We highly recommend them !! ## Selected projects - [Boca Raton 'Modern'](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/boca-raton-modern-pj-vj~1863445) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 7 - [Miami Beach Courtyard Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/miami-beach-courtyard-residence-pj-vj~890685) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 14 - Description: courtyard house - [Boca Raton 'Contemporary'](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/boca-raton-contemporary-pj-vj~1863426) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 2 - [SoBe South Miami Beach Luxury Apartment](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/sobe-south-miami-beach-luxury-apartment-pj-vj~1821347) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 1 - [Luxury Residence Miami](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/luxury-residence-miami-pj-vj~936145) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 10 - [Miami 3 Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/miami-3-residence-pj-vj~1377018) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 4 - [Ocean View Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/ocean-view-residence-pj-vj~1039139) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 5 - [Miami Beach Apartment](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/miami-beach-apartment-pj-vj~997042) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 1 [See all 8 projects](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/building-designers-and-drafters/ania-banachowicz-pfvwus-pf~404057071) ## Ideabooks - [details](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/65243270/list/details) — 9 ideas [See all 1 ideabook](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/users/ab2designers) --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
