The Company appears to be an Insurance affiliate that performs work that does not get finished. We lived with for more than half a year with a roof leak after roof replacement, communication was subpar and at times plain rude. Referred to the roofer, who did the installment, who could not 'find' any leak and the provided video and pictures did not help him find the leak; we were left on our own to get the repairs done at our own cost. Phone calls were answered with "I will get back to you", which unfortunately did not happen. The damaged sheet rock was torn out, partially replaced, till the replacement workers were pulled of the job. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and a nightmare to be in any way affiliated with. Never again is just not enough to erase this terrible experience. I read other reviews of similar experience, but, you can make your own, or chose to work with a reputable company, and honest, like the company that fixed the leak. **Comment from Houseworks:** > We would love to talk to you about this and apologize that you received less than ideal service from our company. We met with Radford for an initial estimate, and immediately knew he would be great to work with and we were not disappointed. Radford was extremely knowledgeable and engaged a very professional group of contractors to work on removing and replacing all flooring, painting all rooms in the house, installing granite countertops in the kitchen, master and wet bar and a host of other updates. The house is unrecognizable from it's original look and we couldn't be more pleased with the transformation. Radford was with us every step of the way. Always responsive and accomodating when possible. His professional demeanor was a breath of fresh air for what can be a stressful process. Finished products are better than I had hoped for, and I could not be happier! If I was any happier I would explode! I needed new stairs to my house in the front and wanted them to be better than before. There are 14 steps to my front porch. They improved the distance a person has to step when going up, and added a landing half way up which gives a sense of security especially when going down.
