> Nikki assisted us with the design concept and furniture layout of our Mountain Lodge in Truckee, California.  She was professional, understanding and open to our ideas, but not shy about offering her impression on what would work and/or not work about our design ideas.  In the end, she nailed it.  When she made her presentation to us on the entire selection for every room in our 3,00 square foot home, we had only minor changes to suggest.  From that point on, Nikki and her team handled everything  and managed the delivery and installation of furniture and fixtures all the way through washing linens/dishware and accessories.  Nikki and her team truly delivered a 100% move in ready home for us and we can not thank her and her team enough. My wife and I would strongly recommend both Nikki and Summit and Sands to anyone who is building a home and needs an interior design consultant..

> We worked extensively with Jessica and Holly on our new build home in Schaffer's Mill. Jessica and Holly worked closely with our contractor, my husband and I and truly listened to what we wanted in our "dream" home. We weren't sure what to expect when our contractor had set up the appointment to meet with them the first time very early in the design phase. When we arrived at our meeting we were surprised at how effortlessly they had put together our home, from the outside fixtures to all of the interior fixtures and all of the furniture and artwork. Everything was laid out with choices for us to make and it truly did make the process fun and easy. They were able to see what our style was from my Pinterest board and by listening to us talk about our lifestyle and what the future home would be for our expanding family. > We recently worked with Jessica of Summit & Sands for a complete re-fresh of our Truckee vacation home.  Jessica worked with us replacing about 75% of the existing furniture in the home plus paint, carpet, drapes, lighting, artwork and linens.  She was a pleasure to work with – she always kept our wishes in mind and was great at providing alternate choices.  When there were furniture pieces that we wanted to keep, she worked at incorporating them seamlessly into the design.   The whole home flows really well together and has a very welcoming updated feel – “mountain modern.”  After everything was selected, Jessica and her team completely took over and coordinated all of the work needed with tradespeople and delivery.  We did not have to do a thing except walk into our home when it was all done.  Jessica and her team were great at communicating and keeping us up to date on the process – they were extremely professional to work with.  I would highly recommend Summit & Sands.
