We did not work with Integrity throughout the build process as we bought our home when the build was nearly complete. Since we moved into our brand new home in June 2021, we have reported numerous issues that have still not been addressed by Integrity. The original issues reported ranged from a broken water heater that didn't work the day we moved in, to a broken hood vent that took 6 months to get replaced, to an uncapped pipe under our kitchen sink that gave off a smell of sewage. All of these issues reported were in place the day we moved in, and all were eventually addressed, but there are numerous other issues that have still not been addressed. Integrity is slow to respond to emails and they generally expect us to call all of the businesses that contributed to the build rather than making the calls and coordinating things for us. **★★★★★ — HU-242623823, Aug. 2019** > Integrity Builders did an exceptional job on our new home.
