Throughout the process, Pinnacle Properties maintained open communication, followed through on all they said they would, and delivered the project within budget and on time.  Shawn and Wes listened to our preferences and offered several ideas (both aesthetic and functional) that have become some of our favorite elements of the kitchen.  Their commitment to craftsmanship allowed us to create a kitchen that blends in with our 1930s home.  We particularly appreciate the quality of the custom cabinets, tile work and the attention to detail in creating the entry arch, replicated trim, and matching the wood flooring to the rest of the house,  While our project was smaller in scope, we felt Shawn and Wes were still extremely committed to us and our project.  We would highly recommend them to anyone considering ground-up construction or a major renovation of the home.

## Community Q&A

**Q: TV/Fireplace Wall Material?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I think I'm seeing lath, but not confident. Too, will you "demystify" (tell how it was assembled) the process used to achieve the look? I love it.

A: We actually used reclaimed floor boards from the original home and reassembled them for the fireplace wall. We reused the original home's materials throughout the remodel, which was fun to work on.

A: Yes, all the rugs in the home came from Shaver Ramsey in Cherry Creek (Denver). This one is gorgeous!

**Q: Paint colors** *(in Photo Questions)*

Would you please provide the paint colors used in this beautiful kitchen? Thank you!

A: Thanks, yes it is in the pantry .

**Q: lighting** *(in Photo Questions)*

Could you tell me what brand the lights are?

A: They do look similar to what La Bella commented, but our architect confirmed that these lights are vintage from a salvage shop.

Hello, can you please tell me what type of flooring this is and what colour/finish?

A: The floor is white oak with clear water based finish.
