Juliano DaCruz, the project manager, met me at the house ahead of time and took down all of the necessary specifications. Shortly thereafter, he sent me an estimate which recited everything to be done. During the entire process, he was always available if I needed him to clarify a particular aspect of the job. In one instance, after I had identified existing water damage in a closet, Pratt & D'Angelo found the source of the leak and cured it. And I hadn't even asked them to do this! They also did some additional exterior painting, at no extra cost, that further enhanced the overall work. When I went around the house after completion of the job, I was greatly impressed by high level of workmanship.
