> Gerald and his amazing crew completely transformed our first floor. We had a wall taken out, folding doors going to the outside patio, new flooring, gutted the kitchen and new paint.  Gerald is a wonderful person and very in tune with what we wanted to accomplish.  Every one of his subcontractors was a perfectionist and did excellent work.  Gerald made sure that any touch ups were taken care of and that we were completely satisfied. Not one thing left undone.  As a side note, a friend of ours- a successful contractor--commented that this renovation was of very high quality.  Quite a compliment!
