I called to find out how much it would cost to get it replaced and was told by the receptionist that it would not cost me anything and then she scheduled somebody to come out and take a look. I was very impressed with this kind of warranty. They came out and looked and said oh no, you have to purchase a whole new blind and I explained what the receptionist told me, the technician went back and spoke to the store manager who was supposed to be in touch with me, but that never happened, the receptionist did admit to the technician/store manager that is what she had told me, so yes, the original service was great, but don’t count on them for service after the fact **★★★★★ — HU-525107319, Oct. 2020** > We had our blinds installed today in the whole house. Nearly 2 years ago he installed an exterior awning over my deck lakeside. It is motorized and has from the beginning worked well. I worry about the strong winds coming off the lake but the awning was well anchored and has stayed put. > About 2 weeks ago, his assistants installed an inside shade over two half circle windows now letting in light owing to the switch from the old awning to the new one. I hesitated on hearing his recommendation of an inside install fearing the unit into which the shade rolls up would be a distraction. He gave me the name of a customer who had a similar situation and after seeing hers, I went with Rick's suggestion. It was installed and I love it. It is so similar in material and color to the lower shades that neither I nor anyone notice it. He is the complete pro: helpful, on time, with a clear estimate and good service.
