> The Jhomar guys is simply the best out there! They did a gut renovation on our 100 year old kitchen and now we have a beautiful modern/classic kitchen! They took care of everything from construction, plumbing, and electical work. They are prompt and timely with their service and know how to communicate with their clients. As far as workmanship they just cannot be beat. They pay careful attention to the little details that other contractors may just pass over and this is what sets them apart. Having a trustworhy contactor is the most important factor in any renovation and Jhomar developments is the best you will get!

> We hired him and his team several different times for various projects for two separate houses. From little jobs like hanging a flat screen tv on a wall to full fledged kitchen remodels, and garage rebuilds, these guys can do it all! Jon is also great in how he makes recommendations while still trying to achieve your vision of how you see the finished product. He always recommends quality products though understands that there is a budget to adhere to and stays within it. He will work to complete the job until you are completely happy. I have children, so it was important to find a team that I felt comfortable with being in our house all day while we were living in the space too. All of the guys were great with the kids! Both my children came to really enjoy the times that they were here at the house. The guys were also very tolerant of the kids when they would make a paint smudge mark on the wall, or if they got into something they shouldn't have. They were careful in  making sure the children were not nearby when using heavy machinery also.

> I hired Jonatan (Jhomar Development)  to do my home improvement after going through and interviewing 3-4 other contractors I felt most comfortable with him considering he was very responsive and reasonable cost. At beginning i was worried like any other homeowner but now that project is complete I only have good things to say about him and his crew. He performed demolition of floor and kitchen, new floor tile and backsplash, kitchen appliances and fittings, painting skim coating and misc work at my condo and I am very happy and pleased the way he handled the process and communicates. He keeps you in loop and try to work with your schedule. Work done was not only quick but same time accommodating all our request. I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend a friend.
