This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with a draftsman and/or architect(my husband is a builder). There was little to no communication from Art, he never called and rarely emailed and asked questions or clarifications. > > We used his plans and they were riddled with errors which cost us additional, in the field change orders and maybe worst of all, he delayed us by months.
