She was very knowledgeable and did a great job offering information and insight into the products I was interested in. Pricing was the same or better than big box stores and I received very personalized service. Delivery experience was great. Crew was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. You see what a business is made of, tho, when there is an issue to resolve. The dryer I chose had issues. It was replaced right away by Abby, but that dryer also had issues. The manufacturer refused to stand behind their product. A big box store would have bailed before the first replacement. But Abby, Heather in Service and the Aggressive team stayed with me and ultimately replaced my dryer with a different manufacturer’s product of my choice. The new dryer works perfectly. I’m super happy with every step of the buying and post service process. They deliver and service well outside of the Orlando area (I’m in Palm Coast). Won’t shop anywhere else for appliances and will be sending others there as well.

> I just love this company.  They are so professional and very thorough.  I purchased all my appliances from them a year ago and of all the different companies involved in my kitchen renovation, they were the only ones that actually called me with updates instead of me having to call them.  They came when they said they would and got everything right on the first try.  They took carefe of my house and new kitchen when they installed all the appliances.  And when I had to order consumables (filters, etc) from them, they took care of me quickly and again did a great job calling me with updates on the order.  They stopped by my house to take care of a free warranty item (they have an awesome warranty by the way) and while they were there, they checked on my other appliances and showed me how to do preventative maintenance on them if I wanted to do it myself (they offer maintenance for a fee).  Between the salespeople, service department and service technicians, they are all professional and competent, which is hardly ever found with most companies nowadays. I cant say enough!
