**Q: LOVE THE FLOOR AND WALL COLORS!!** *(in Photo Questions)*

I AM DOING A REDO ON A BUDGET BECAUSE OF A LOT OF DAMAGE DUE TO A FOUNDATION LEAK.  PLEASE TELL ME THE THE WALL COLOR AND FLOOR COLOR.  THANK YOU SO MUCH.

A: Hi Felecia! Thank you for saving my project! The wall color is my go to: Intense White by Benjamin moore, trim color is Super White by Benjamin Moore. Floor is white oak with clear coat - no stain color. Good luck on your project!

**Q: Granite choices for Dry Bar** *(in Design Dilemma)*

We have almost finished adding a dry bar area to our media room.  At this point all that is left is choosing a granite top (and touching up a lot of paint).  We are trying to keep costs low and have done most of the work ourselves.  Here is the current state of the project (don't worry the outlet will be changed to a corresponding color and the paint lines will be fixed).

Here are some granite remnants I am considering...Colonial GoldWhite SpringNew Venetian Gold (would match the kitchen counters downstairs)

I know the granite photos aren't great (they are what the granite guy texted me after we looked in person) but what do you think?

A: I agree with Beth - stay away from the gold tones. I think that would clash with the gray,  White Springs is always a nice choice because of all of the cool/warm tones combo. And adding a contrasting or reflective backsplash would look great in that space! For your granite pricing & no time dilemma - I would just call some places and ask if they have a decent selection of remnant pieces, maybe you could avoid a wasted trip.

**Q: Kitchen layout design** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Here is my current kitchen layout planned. We are building ourselves so I have free rein to do what I want with designing my space… and my husband is building the cabinets. But I feel like it's not working well enough. The kitchen dimensions are 13'5" by 14'3" (left to right by back to front)
I like my big windows for light and I wanted the sink centered on them. Any advice? I've been scrolling through here and Pinterest til my eyes want to bleed lol.

A: I would suggest putting the cook top in the center of wall on the right. It looks a bit crowded next to your double ovens. Be sure to have enough working space on either side. About 18" is comfy depending on how much you cook. Maybe do a counter depth fridge instead to open it up a bit. Hope that helps! Good luck!

**Q: Help with granite choices..** *(in Design Dilemma)*

So, more design advice....I am choosing granite for my build and I'm sort of indecisive on which to do.  My inital gut choice is bianco antico because I love the flow and color, but I'm scared because it can vary so much and I don't have access to choosing the slab.  My other choices are Venetian Gold and Gaillo Ornamental.  My cabinetry is in soft white and I will be doing a medium honey wood floor (Please see last picture)

A: Bianco Antico for sure! I've used it in many projects and it's become my go-to granite. Goes with almost any color tone, I have yet for a slab to disappoint a client.
