> It’s time to expose this gentleman he goes by name of Jim when you first meet him. He’s a very nice guy he’ll promise you the world when it’s time to do work he’ll take the easy route 1.like installing the vanity instead of moving the  plumbing he’ll cut the vanity.
> 2\. he had amateurs installing my flooring $22,000 that wasn’t installed, right
> 3\. He’ll tell you he can probably start in two weeks while he’s got 10 other jobs going on once he gets started he’ll spin you around.
> 4\. Installed fireplace, ventilation system, glued it on my chimney it flew right away. I had my roofer come install it, right
> 5\.  They will leave trash laying around everywhere.
> 6\. He’ll tell you his guys didn’t show up while he’s guys working other jobs.
> 7\.  I caught the painter smoking marijuana drugs wasn’t sure outside my home. Thank God my kids weren’t there
