Rising Creek Custom Homes is a family-owned, faith-driven builder based in Springtown, Texas. Since 2018 we have built custom homes, barndominiums, metal buildings, and pools and outdoor living across Parker County, Wise County, and the surrounding North Texas counties.

We are owner-run, and we mean that literally. When you call, you get the owner, not a call queue. Jake is on the jobsites, in the plan reviews, and on the phone when something needs a decision. That is how the company is built, and it is why decisions here take hours instead of weeks.

A REAL NUMBER, UP FRONT

We would rather lose a job to a lower bid than win one with a number we already know won't hold. The price we hand you is built from real scopes and real quotes, and it is the price we intend to still be true at closeout.

Changes get billed when you chose them or the city required them. If something was our miss — something we should have caught — we eat it. We do not bill you for our own mistakes.

A SCHEDULE WE DON'T PAD

Padding a schedule buys the builder cover and costs you months. We give you the date we actually believe. When something moves — weather, a supplier, an inspection — you hear it from us first, before you notice it yourself.

A DEEP BENCH

We keep more than 300 vetted subcontractors and suppliers on call. Not all of them work every job, and that is the point: your work gets competitively bid by trades who want it rather than handed to whoever is closest. If one of them walks, someone who already bid the job can step in without starting the search over. That is what keeps a build moving and keeps the pricing honest.
