Augie and his team was great. One of the best contractors I have worked with, and I’ve worked with many. Estimates and mockups were professionally done. Transparent pricing and knowledgeable about the different trade-offs that we can make in the project. Wasn’t pushy in sales and was willing to work with us to get within our specified budget. We had some specific requests on the type of equipment that were to be installed and he made it work seamlessly with no problems. Was transparent on timelines in regards to materials being delivered and permitting. Delivered the project on time and on budget. Most importantly took responsibility for the entire project end to end, working with subcontractors and city permitters. Excellent experience all around. As you can see from the pics it is a total disaster. The color is not even close to consistent, there are streaks throughout it, there are light and dark strips going across the stamped boards and there are impressions that look as though someone pressed the form in with their knee - these are all over the deck. They assured me when we signed up for this that it would look like a wood deck or a very close facsimile of one. I'll let you decide from the attached pics if this is anything like a wood deck would look like. It looks like a stamp and stain that went very wrong. When I contacted them , they came out to look at it and told me they would get back to me after talking to their concrete person. He designed the patio according to what we asked for. They took care of all city permits and inspections. Augustine was easy to communicate with because he returns his calls and text. Debbie always answers her the office phone. He was there watching the construction most of the time. We are very happy with their work. If I had to point out any flaws it would be the pace. Sometimes they did not come exactly when he promised but in his defense he built our patio at the end of 2017 which was a period when there was a limited supply of construction crews. They cannot control this. Augustine did have to change plumbers and the new one was even better than the first one. Lastly, I discovered over a month later 3 sprinkler had been covered up with sod. One call and Augustine had someone come out and find them and make sure they were working properly.
