Maddie made the process for choosing finishes simple and fun. And when the options she showed us at first didn't fully hit the mark, she tirelessly searched to find just the right thing. She was genius at getting into my head and getting a sense of what I wanted, even when I didn't have the words to describe it. Her advice was practical as well. She tried very hard to keep us on budget, always showing us options within budget first, and cautioning each time we began to look beyond that. She also had great cost saving tips, and used her extensive network of supplies to help us get some great deals. Maddie also supported us in re-designing spaces. She has a great sense of space and was able to make great use of the space available, helping to create a basement layout that met all our needs. And finally, her attention to detail and engagement in the construction process was above and beyond what I'd expected. She was on site at all the key moments, making sure everything went smoothly.
