The inspector who came to look over the framing job (including studs, roof decking and osb) remarked how well the work was done....he was very impressed! Sam is very creative in coming up with ideas for beauty and functionality. Since we are outside the local area, other subcontractors completed the work, with Sam consulting on much of the project.
