Eddy was awesome to interact with and correspond with right from the very first email we received after our online submission. We were looking to give our house a bit of a facelift and to modernize the look at the front. We had some general ideas of what we thought we wanted, colors we were drawn to etc., but were having a difficult time piecing it together cohesively. We had never used any online service before and admittedly, we were a little apprehensive about giving such online services a try. But after reading several other online reviews of Mirk Studios, we decided to give it a try and ordered the Transformation Package. Eddy’s first email back was very clear, payment process through Paypal was very simple and this all started to help put our minds at some ease. We also ordered an additional color scheme & expedited timeline since we only had ~2-3 weeks before our contractor would be starting work on our house. > > Within Eddy’s projected timeframe, we received two very nice, proposed design concepts with jpg renderings, each with a different color palette. Both looked beautiful and we kind of sat back and said “wow” to both. The email received also included a nice, succinct explanation of the thinking behind each rendering, the specific brand & paint colors used, and a detailed list of which parts of the front of the house to apply each paint color. One could literally take the description and hand it directly to their contractor and/or painter. The email also included suggestions for updated, more modern looking address numbers, exterior light fixtures and new welcome rug, which we followed as well. > > We quickly gravitated to one of the proposed designs and over the next 1-2 weeks, requested and received some small experimental adjustment colors on windoor/door trims, which Eddy provided. Throughout the entire process, Eddy was great at always letting us know when to expect something and emailing or delivering as expected. Eddy graciously answered all of our questions throughout, and trust me, we had a lot of questions as we tried to fine-tune our final decision.
