Perch was established in 2019 as a retail Furniture + Home + Decor store in Midland, TX by Jaime and Tommy Cole.  Our background in remodeling, flipping homes, and staging, brings knowledge on many aspects of the renovation process that we are able to draw upon when helping clients through remodel designs. Our clients are constantly impressed with Element Staging & the furnishing from Perch. They excel at all forms of communication online, call, email, etc. They are always there to help answer any questions. I have also personally used Jaime for my office design and purchased furnishing through the Perch. Jaime will make sure she unites in your vision no matter how crazy your style is she will create a design that exemplifies professional creativity.
