They are very easy to work with on the design side and incorporated our feedback into every iteration. However what really blew us away was the project management side of the engagement. They managed every contractor, supplier and vendor directly and it made a huge difference. They seem to know a service provider for every single task, big or small. Despite a really challenging supply chain environment, the whole project was completed in 2 months and consisted of 2 living spaces, a kitchen/bar, a bedroom and 2 bathrooms. I highly doubt we would have been able to complete it in less than 2 years if we hadn't used Loftus. We will be using them again for our kitchen and on all future projects.
