Concept Building established in 2009 was premised on the simple Concept: Build the best team of in-house staff, support them with a core network of highly skilled sub-contractors and clients will come…and come back.

Concept Building appreciates the creative collaboration that takes place with custom home building.  Our clients take tremendous pride in their work and want to see that the house is built to the way it was drawn. The only concern I have with this firm is that the budget exceeded what we had initially projected.  Perhaps this happens with most projects, but we spent more than we intended.  I would highly recommend Jeff and Alan though.  They are professionals, take the job seriously, and do high quality work.  They are both extremely responsive and easy to reach and communicate with.

**Q: What company and color is the countertop??** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is this a quartz countertop?
What company makes it, and what is the color?
I’m trying desperately (it’s been almost 3 years) to find a neutral or soft white countertop that I can pull in many light earthy colors with. I like simple and elegant.

We sourced the material from Olympia Stone in Newton.

The product is White Rhino Quartzite.

Any info on the flooring used?

A: Hirva,

I cant recall exactly.  The floor was purchased by the homeowner from a Gym Equipment supplier.  The material came in 36" wide rolls.

What is pictured here for pavers?

A: The steppers and patio surfaces are all natural cleft “blue select” bluestone.  

The color was extremely consistent and texture of surface slightly varied.
