They were Mitchell Gold Bob Williams. **Q: How did you create the wood slats on the shower floor?** *(in Photo Questions)* I love the natural feel of this bathroom. How did you create the wood slats on the shower floor? Is it real wood and what is lining it underneath to provide drainage to the drain? A: Hi Evelyn: the floor is mahogany. Under is a slope to the drain floor. However, I have since replicated this with IPE wood and recommend that as it is more cost effective and like the natural finish better. **Q: Can you give me info on the deck posts.** *(in Photo Questions)* I'd like to know where you purchased the posts, cable and top rail. Love the clean look and clean lines. Thanks. A: And the decking is IPE wood. As hard of a wood you can get; ages beautifully. No roughness/splinters. No stain. We left natural to age. It ages to a soft beach worn wood look. **Q: Reviews of Provenza New York Loft engineered hardwood floor?** *(in Building a Home)* We are considering this flooring. It has a 3mm wear layer. If you have this floor and can comment on quality and durability, I'd love to hear. Also, is 3 mm wear layer adequate? We plan to live in the home forever. Thanks! On the other side of the sink/wood wall is a little hall w/closet (you can see the ripple fold hiding the closet); it is accessed there.
