We never once had an issue on the build of our home, during construction or afterwards because of a poor design or floor plan. We were expecting a longer turnaround time, but he came back with a first draft within 3 weeks, utilizing a previous design as a starting point which ended up saving us time and money. Towards the end we made some changes to the design, which he turned around quickly as to not delay the start of construction. Their rates were very reasonable, and their work was of excellent quality.
