Atelier A Bellavance had already done other houses in the project and there was a special rebate available for customers of the project. > > Long story short, actual final construction plans were created and paid for, but in the end. I had to start over with another firm. > > In our case Alan himself was the architect but drawings were done by another person. The project didn’t go very well and towards the end (without any previous warning or indication) Alan decided to change the original contract and started to bill us hourly supplements. Relationship went south from then on.
