 Kirsten is best known as the host of TLCs hit TV show Property Ladder where she guides viewers through every step of renovating property for profit.  With a reputation for high-impact, low-cost, stylish designs, Kirsten’s unique approach to Real Estate has afforded her  success as a veteran Realtor, author, public speaker, and Real Estate expert appearing regularly on various panels and television segments including The View, CNN, MSNBC, 20/20 and Fox News.  As a designer and interior decorator, Kirsten artistically blends comfort and style with practicality, convenience, and flow.

> Kirsten & Darryl were really easy to work with and did a beautful job.  The house purchased was located in the Riveria area of Santa Barbara.  We reconfigured and remodeled two bathrooms, installed hardwood floors, added a Juliet porch in the master bedroom to take advantage of the views, added a utility room off the garage, and refinished the outside deck.  It was great having them work as a team.  Darryl provided his construction expertise and Kirsten did the decorating.  Once the construction was finished, Kirsten furnished the entire house to the specs given her.  It was icing on the cake!

> I hired Becker Studios to come up with a design and plan for an outdoor space in the school of which I am the director. Unfortunately, we had to cut down a large tree due to sickness. The tree created a lot of shade in one of our outdoor courtyards. I needed to come up with an option for immediate shade, beauty and a design that would match the design of the exisiting building. Becker Studios came up with a gorgeous plan which consisted of two pergolas with vines that are growing up and over the trellis' and the replanting of a magnolia tree. We are a church run preschool in Montecito, CA, all that we do has to be approved by the board of Trustees as well as the Montecito Association. I was very pleased with how well Becker Studios manuevered the many meetings, provided professional graphics display boards to explain the project in great detail, communicated extremely well, completed the job within my time frame when school was on break (they did a great deal of work and finished early!) and exceeded my expectations. What they have built will last many, many years and has added beauty and the function of shade to our school. They under promised and over delivered! I would highly recommend Becker Studios for any project large or small.
