Zak provided input into the suitability of the lot prior to our purchase and worked with us on an almost daily basis to incorporate our ideas into a home design plan. He translated our general ideas of an open concept house with a side-entry garage into an actual plan. In addition, he made sure that the placement of the house on the lot provided privacy and retention of many of the mature trees. It was a pleasure to work with Micaela on the design elements, she continually provided product choices and honest critiques on selections to insure that the house seamlessly integrated all elements. When I thought that the espresso cabinets were black and selected inappropriate color elements, she immediately realized that I was confused on the actual color of the cabinets and prevented me from making an unfortunate mistake.
